Cary Vogel has been in the real estate valuation game since 1983, starting in the San Francisco Bay Area alongside his family. With over four decades of experience spanning both residential and commercial appraisals in California, North Idaho, Eastern Washington and Western Montana, Cary has become a leading authority on property valuation in the region. Since moving to Sandpoint in 1988, he has grown his expertise to cover a broad spectrum of assignments—ranging from residential homes and commercial properties to land development and right-of-way projects.

Cary holds Idaho's General Certified Appraiser license, earned in 1999, and has been running his own practice for twenty years. His clients include local and national lending institutions, attorneys, title companies, government and tribal agencies, and local property owners. Cary’s valuation work covers everything from conservation easements and litigation support to unique mountain-top properties and lakefront estates.
